ceremonies.

Face to face conduct of EOSY Rites is

highly discouraged
Parental consent shall be obtained for
students to attend the EOSY
ceremonies.

The following measures shall be

strictly observed:
Facemask must be worn throughout
the entire event.
 At least 1m distance shall be
observed.
 Seated on seat
 Handshakes and other forms
of physical contact is
discouraged.
 Only the parents or one
designated guardian shall be
permitted to accompany a
mover or a candidate for
graduation.

Virtual conduct of EOSY rites may be

an option and may be livestreamed on
appropriate media platforms with
parental consent.

The recognition rites may also be

conducted virtually or limited face to
face separately from the graduation

EOSY shall be conducted in a solemn

and dignified manner and shall not be
used for political forum.

Graduation expenses shall be charged

to School MOOE. Three hundred
seventy-six pesos (376.00) per student

No DepEd official or personnel shall

be allowed to collect graduation fees.

transition to the next classes. Their
grades shall no longer be
recomputed as their attendance shall
be voluntary

EOSY classes shall be done

Mondays to Fridays. Delivery of
classes shall preferably be face to
face, parent’s consent shall be
required.

One size fits all approach in teaching

is discouraged.

EOSY classes shall start on July 24,

2022 and end on August 12. This
schedule may be adjusted depending
on the case of the schools division.

Learners shall attend classes for 15

days only.

The SDO shall identify teachers in

key stage 1 and 2 with many
learners who are identified as non-
readers and non-numerates

All non-readers and non-numerates

identified shall undergo reading and
numeracy recovery for 8-11 weeks

SDO will give recognition to

schools/teachers with improved
reading performance or school with
zero non-reader and zero non-
numerates.

Service credits shall only be used for

sick leave and not for vacation leave.

Teachers who will conduct

remediation classes shall be given
extra service credits if they will still
serve in the conduct of Brigada
Eskwela.

On the documentation of remedial

classes, refer to appendices of DM-
CI-2020.

ADAS employees, administrative

officers, and School Nurses shall be
rated by the school heads of the
schools where they are assigned and
shall be divided equally by the
number of their IPCRF. A
memorandum shall be issued
regarding this matter.
