MINUTES OF THE MEETING

3rd Quarter Parent-Teacher Conference

DATE: April 12, 2024

TIME: 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
VENUE: San Isidro National High School, Main

GRADE AND SECTION: 8-SILVER

I. Matters Taken/Agenda:
 The meeting started with a prayer.
 Alternative Delivery Mode
o It offers solutions that may help learners outside of the regular school system
acquire the needed basic education competencies and life skills.
o These are instructional or learning modalities that do not strictly follow the
typical set-up for regular classroom instruction, but follow the formal K to 12
curriculum in content.
 SHORTENED PERIOD DUE TO HIGH HEAT INDEX
 Due to the High Heat Index, the local government decided to shorten the classes from
3:30-7:30 pm.
 SCHOOL MEMO NO 17 S. 2024
 Parents were reminded to observe the following about their students regarding safety
measures during the extreme weather conditions. i.e. hydration, sun protection, dress
code, physical activities and classroom environment.
 Students’ Tardiness and Habitual Absences
o Gates will be closed at 3:20 pm. Students who do not have valid reasons will
not be allowed to enter the school premises.
o The parents were reminded that the assembly time is 3:15 pm.
 BRIDGES
o The adviser encouraged the parents to let their child join the BRIDGES
program.
 DOCUMENTS
o The parents of transferees were reminded to submit the following documents:
Form 137/ SF10, Birth Certificate Etc.
 Grading System/Academic Performance of the Students
o Parents were reminded about the Grading system prescribed by the DepEd.
 NO GADGETS POLICY
 Parents were reminded for not allowing their child to bring
gadgets ( CP, laptop, Tablets, Digicams)
 SCHOOL CALENDAR FOR 4th QUARTER
 Parents were informed about the new School calendar for the
4th quarter.

 Filing of ANNEX E form

 If they wish to communicate with the teacher, simply ask the

guard about the ANNEX E form. Answer/ fill-up and hand it to
the guard/their child. It will be passed to the GUIDANCE
OFFICE. Just wait for a text message where the schedule of
your appointment is stated.

 Awarding of Certificates for the students with honors, complete attendance, and best
in every subject.
