The meeting started at exactly 4:00. There were 54 out of 68 (82%) parents who
attended the meeting.

UPDATES
1. Child Protection Policy The adviser of Grade 8- Ilang-Ilang Mr.Genesis D. Montano,
highlighted the Child Protection Policy including the Aim, Scope
Definitions and type of abuse and the Preventive Strategies.

Mr. Montano, also gave emphasis on the standards of behavior

for visitors, students and even the personnels. He reminded the
parents to monitor their children at home during free time.

The adviser explained that there will be a contribution for the

following :
2. Authorized Voluntary Contribution Journalism Fund- P90
-it will served as the fund for every activity/training of the
journalists and can be also used in printing of newspapers to be
given to the parents.

Voluntary contribution for:

Red Cross -P10
Supreme Student Government -P10

The adviser also presented the Financial Report during the 2nd
3. Financial Report part of Brigada Eskwela last February 06-10, 2023. The
following items used were:
Curtains- P1000 (10pcs of curtains)/2 (sections) = P550 per
section.

Picture Frame- P480 (6 pcs)/2 sections= P240 per section.

Tarpaulins- Estimated amount is P250 per section

After the discussion,Mr.Ituralde gave a voluntary contribution

worth P800 which will be used as an additional fund to buy
another standfan for the classroom.

4. Card Giving “The best feeling is reap the hardwork of your child”
The Adviser distributed the dummy card of students in
alphabetical order.The meeting ended at exactly 4:40 pm and
the Adviser extended his thanks all the parents who made an
effort to attend the SOSA for the Second Quarter.
