This is to announce the conduct of the Masagana High School In-service Training for teaching and
non-teaching personnel 2023 on February 06-10, 2023
1. The objectives of the activities are as follows:
a. Provide fundamental understanding and guide to paper reviewing and publication.
b. Provide fundamental understanding, concepts, and highlights the importance of
Educational and Organizational Planning.
c. Provide fundamental understanding and concepts of CIP.
d. Identify the major goals and objectives of process of improvement.
e. Explain the aspects of continuous improvement planning.
f. Provide concepts, purpose, types and key qualities related to educational leadership.
2. Attached with this memorandum are the following:
3.1 The list of committees and their assigned tasks and program of activities. (Enclosure
No. 1)
3. Bring laptop, writing materials, and notebook for output making activities from Day 1 to 5.
4. Attire to be worn:
Day 1: Green Polo shirt (by Department) and pants.
Day 2: Any color but with collar shirt and pants.
Day 3: Maroon Polo shirt (FEA) and pants
Day 4-5 Any color but with collar shirt and pants.
5. Strict compliance with and wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
