NEW AREA ASSIGNMENT FOR SCHOOL BEAUTIFICATION AND MAINTENANCE

1. In its full attempt to help maintain cleanliness of the school campus and with the
intense desire to implement the School Beautification Program, this office hereby
made a Lay-out Plan for the School’s New Area Assignment for School
Beautification and Maintenance starting School Year 2021.

2. This Lay-out Plan shall also be the basis in determining points for the School-
Based Best Brigada Eskwela Implementer (D. Alignment to Brigada Eskwela
Theme- Indicator 1) as per School Memorandum 002, series of 2021 or the
“2021 Search for Best Brigada Eskwela Implementer”.

3. For sustainability of the aforementioned program and plan, all concerned class
advisers with the help of the assistant advisers are enjoined to conduct quarterly
cleaning.

4. Tapping and establishing linkage between stakeholders, and parents shall be the
best strategy in accomplishing the task.

5. Enclosed in this Memorandum is the Lay-out Plan for the New Area Assignment
for School Beautification and Maintenance.

6. Immediate dissemination and strict compliance to this school memorandum is


desired.
