ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
SY 2022 – 2023

At the end of the SY 2021 – 2022, the following targets were achieved:

A- To provide a total body toning workout.

Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-
intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio
endurance, is an excellent cardio workout to boost your heart health. High-intensity
Zumba dancing on regular basis is an excellent workout for the heart.
Zumba is one of the most popular exercise crazes that had found a way that
engaged DCNHS teaching and non-teaching personnel, students, Barangay officials,
parents, youths and other willing participants moving for better health and vitality. It
had allowed people of all ages, abilities, and goals to participate and improve their
overall health.

B- To inform the participants the importance of daily exercise.

Additionally, participation of DCNHS teaching and non-teaching personnel,
students, Barangay officials, parents, youths and other willing participants in regular
physical activity had shown boosting their immune system. Reduction in substance
use is also associated with improvement in the body's ability to fight off infection
especially that we are still in the midst of pandemic.

C- To encourage them to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Encourage DCNHS teaching and non-teaching personnel, students,
Barangay officials, parents, youths and other willing participants to adopt healthy
habits for lifelong improvements. By having a short lecture that dancing can be a way
to stay fit for people of all ages. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits
including: improved condition of theirr heart and lungs, increased muscular strength,
endurance and motor fitness, better coordination, agility and flexibility, improved
balance and spatial awareness increased physical confidence, improved mental
functioning improved general and psychological wellbeing, greater self-confidence
and self-esteem better social skills.

D- To improve the connection and relation among stakeholders.

Keep track of key decisions and hold stakeholders as the DCNHS teaching
and non-teaching personnel, students, Barangay officials, parents, youths and other
willing participants accountable for the activities they take on. Always turn up to
meetings prepared and have the necessary information ready at hand. Believe in
yourself and be honest and open enough to say things the way they are.

E- To energize the Brigada Eskwela participants before engaging to other

activities.
The activity played a good start that energized the Brigada Eskwela
participant. It will not just help us to become healthy but it will also improve social
relation between and among the stakeholders and the people in the community.

F- To raise a fund which will be used to repair and improve our classrooms and
other school facilities.
It can be financial, equipment, or in kind. Raising fund helps to make the
process of purchase of assets simpler. Raising funds is important as it also helps in
speeding up the work by provisioning for working capital required in the day to day
functioning of the school program.

NARRATIVE REPORT
SY 2022 – 2023

I. Objectives
1- To provide a total body toning workout.
2- To inform the participants the importance of daily exercise.
3- To encourage them to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
4- To improve the connection and relation among stakeholders.
5- To energize the Brigada Eskwela participants before engaging to other activities.
6- To raise a fund which will be used to repair and improve our classrooms and other
school facilities.

Part II. Summary of Reports

The school is an institution which is responsible in molding the learners into a
responsible individual in the society. This is where one is crafted into a better person, who
will be an emblem of the kind of learning centre where one was raised.
The multifarious concern of school demands working with others toaccomplish
designed tasks and objectives. These would need dedicated schoolpersonnel, cooperative
parents, accountable community and innovative learners.
Believing that the community cannot stand without the school, and likewisethe
school without the community, we greatly believed that the school is the face ofthe
barangay. Thus, all the people in the community even those whose children werenot
studying in the school, gave a hard and volunteered to support the program.
Relative to DepEd Memorandum, states that all public elementary andsecondary
schools nationwide implemented the BRIGADA ESKWELA on August 1 -26, 2022, The said
activity is a school maintenance program that engaged all education stakeholders to
contribute their time, effort andresources in ensuring that public school facilities are set for
the forthcoming school opening.
The MAPEH takes its leap in coming up with its project as a part of the Brigada sa
Eskwela 2022, the ZumBrigada (Zumba sa Brigada) is a daily dance exercise to be
conducted in Dagupan City National High School in partnership with its stakeholders. It will
serve as a fund-raising activity to repair and improve our classrooms and other school
facilities.
Planning and neeting takes course into action on or before the implementation of
the said program/project. Technical working group was established with MAPEH teachers
taking their part with the different committtees imparted to them by the project proponent.

The activity was successfully conducted by inviting and encouraging the teaching
and non-teachng faculty, barangay officials, parents, pupils, youth and other willing
participants to join the Zumba. The Dagupan City National High School covered court as the
venue for the activity. Scheduled Zumba dance routines were rolled out using different
dance genres imparted by the selected Zumba dance intructors which started at 7:30 in the
morning and will end at 8:30 in the morning everyday for the whole month of August 2022.
Donations were heartfully given, be it financially or in kind.
The activity plays a good start to energize the Brigada Eskwela participant. It will
not just help us to become healthy but it improved social relation between and among the
stakeholders and the people in the community.
