Madam,
Greetings!

In the interest of the service, may I request your good office for transfer of assignment from Bitin Elementary School,
Bay , Province of Laguna to District - Division of Sto. Tomas, Province of Batangas, considering the below stated
situations relatively the same in the situations provided under DepEd Order No. 22, s. 2013 re: Revised Guideline on
the Transfer of Teachers from one Station to Another which says should be given priority, to wit;

A. I am a resident of #469 Sampaguita St. San Jose, Sto. Tomas, Batangas. So this is a faster and better way of
having transportation for me every day when going to school for my teaching and this is as covered by the
availability of localization.

B. At this time that my mother's retirement from our school has been approved, I can respond to their needs and
even an emergency faster if I am closer to our house.

C. My original appointment as Teacher I - Extension Position was issued on July 16 , 2015. I’m about to complete
the rendition of three (3) years of teaching service at Bitin Elementary School and and I have been teaching for eight
years in Bay District, Division of Laguna as a requirement in the Basic Rules on Hiring and Deployment of Teacher
Positions provided in the DepEd Order No. 7., s. 2015.

Distance of my abode to my present School where I worked. And if given a chance to be transferred I would be able
to work more efficiently more over would be practical in saving time and it will help to diminish my travel
expenditures every day.

In light of the foregoing, I humbly appeal your generous understanding and favorable attention to consider the
matter.
