I, ELMA P. DE CASTRO, Head Teacher I of CABANTIAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL , presently the
School Head of Mapula National High School in Paquibato District Davao City and a resident of Bloke
19 Lot 8, Ciudad de Esperanza Subdivision Cabantian Davao City. purposely submit this intent letter to
your good office because of the following reasons:

1. I am already serving 3 years as school head in the far flung areas of Paquibato District.
2. Brgy. Mapula is quite far from where I am residing in which the travel time is almost 2 hours
3. It is also my desire to be near to my family considering my health and the risk I am facing
everytime I travelled in going to my station early morning of Monday and going back home
every Friday evening.
4. My contribution in improving the image of Mapula National High School in terms of
supervising the operation of the school impressed the cluster thus the school was
recognized as the MOST IMPROVED SCHOOL OF CLUSTER XIII and this serves as my
legacy to the community of Barangay Mapula, and.
5. A reliable source informed me that there is a vacancy for School Head in Cabantian
National High School-SHS Stand Alone.
6. Hence I am writing this intent to inform your good office my intention to be transferred to
this school.

If given the opportunity to be transferred to Cabantian National High School- SHS Stand Alone, I will be
very grateful and promise to perform the duties and responsibilities attached to the position diligently.
