I am writing this letter to ask for permission to allow Potenciano Gorre, Ph.D., School Head of Los
Amigos Elementary School, to be our resource speaker for our School-Based Management Workshop
that will be held on March 9-10, 2021, at Marilog National High School from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The SBM Seminar-Workshop shall enhance the existing knowledge of our school heads and SBM
coordinators in our cluster and train the in-charge of the AIP and SIP in our schools. Dr. Gorre has
extensive knowledge on these topics, and we believe that he can effectively train our school heads
and teachers regarding the important facts and key details of the SBM, AIP, and SIP.

Your approval of this request will greatly benefit our cluster as we continue to realize the mission,
vision, and goals of the Department of Education.
