The Early Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program aims to strengthen


the capacity to teach and to assess early reading and numeracy skills in the K
Program Description tot 3 levels. Its main goal is to improve the reading and numeracy skills of
Kinder to Grade 3 learners using the revised K to 12 Program by establishing
a sustainable and cost-effective professional development system for
teachers.

Mode of Delivery/ Duration/ (School-based) Formal Face-to-Face (F3) Training combined with a Job-
Level of Management Embedded Learning (JEL) Program provided to target beneficiaries from June
29, 2018 to March 8, 2019.
