4th QUARTER PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW FOR SCHOOLS

1. This Division announces the conduct of the 4th Quarter Program
Implementation Review. With coordination to respective Public Schools
Division Supervisors, schools are encouraged to conduct PIR/SMEA in their
level of governance.
2. The said activity aims to:
a. review the School Improvement Plans (SIP) and Work and Financial
Plans (WFP),
b. provide a platform to examine the implementation of Programs,
Projects, and Activities (PPAs) and adjust as necessary for the second
quarter,
c. monitor and evaluate the status and progress of school PPAs using PIR
Template,
3. Based on the result of your PIR, please answer this survey:

on or before December 28, 2021.
