types of questions that Delta Math offers was an effective strategy. The use of
QR codes and the Google Form was an effective assessment strategy.

Many teachers were eager to try this website. One observation they shared

Analysis and Summary of Audience Assessment
Directions: Record assessment data into Assessment Data Table (see end of document). Include copies of assessment tool with submission. Include at least one graph in your summary.
I had 5 teachers complete the Google Form survey (more than half my department was gone on this day for another professional
development). Out of the 5 teachers who completed the survey, these were the results:

Overall, the results were positive. For the teacher who said the assignment set up is not intuitive, I might go check in with them and
walk them trough how to do it or refer them back to the slide where I showed how to create an assignment. Teachers also shared how
they did not like that they could not create their own problems, but that is a feature for the upgraded program, so with more support
we could attain this feature if we get admin’s support.
Action Items (some may not be applicable)
I will continue to collaborate with my teams in curriculum design, lesson planning, and assessment
For curriculum design, lesson planning. I will be attending RCD (Rigorous Curriculum Design) this next school year where I will meet
planning, assessment planning with every high school math teacher in the district to become more aligned in the content we teach and
assessments we deliver.
I will continue to develop and modify classroom procedures to create a safe and effective learning
environment for my students. For example, one thing I will get next year is a pocket chart for phones. I
For classroom practice
am also thinking of creating a class website for students and parents to access if they have questions
about my grading policy, late policy, absent policy, etc.
For teaching English learners, I will continue to research ways to best support ELs, students with special needs, and students with other
students with special needs, and
students with other instructional
instructional challenges. I need to find better ways to differentiate instruction and assessments to assist
challenges students with challenges to meet the learning goals.
For future professional
development
Continue to attend more professional development opportunities especially in my content area.

For supporting I would like to join committees on campus and take on more leadership roles. I would love to mentor a
others/department/ student teacher in the future. I want to become more involved with athletics on campus. I would also like
school/district to be a department head one day.
