Awareness. Indeed, this talk is very interesting and helpful not just for the students, but especially for us
teachers so that we will be able to cope with the mental stress that we are currently experiencing in this
time of pandemic. Iwas stress po tayong lahat.

At this juncture, I’m sure that our very knowledgeable speaker and psychology expert, Doc Jen is now

and avoiding stress.
