    M A D A M:

    Spirit-filled greetings!

    I am Baby Jane Q. Anay, a Teacher I of Lantungan National High School of the


    Schools Division of Zamboanga del Sur and have been teaching in the Junior High
    School of Lantungan NHS for one year.

    This is to express my intent to seek transfer from the present school, Lantungan
    National High School, Lantungan, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur to a nearby school within
    my original province - the province and Division of Bukidnon specifically Quezon
    National High School, Quezon, Bukidnon for the following reasons as stated herein
    based on the DepEd Order #22, s. 2013:
    1 I am a bonafide resident of Barangay Libertad, Queaon, Bukidnon;
    2. The distance of our place to my station is quite far and I can’t easily go home
    whenever there is enough holidays or vacant days that leads me to visit my family. It’s
    been my long-time dream to teach at my home town and to be of service to our
    community. My dream of becoming a teacher started there;
    3. I am traveling almost twelve (12) hours and that leads to almost twenty-four (24)
    hours back and forth from Zamboanga del Sur to Bukidnon. Moreover, I am afraid of the
    possible incidents that will happen along my way, By this, I feel unsecured but prayer is
    the only power tool during my traveling time; and
    4. Transferring to a nearer school causes me to spend more time for my senior
    citizen parents and to the whole family after work and for me to be able to take care and
    protect them from any circumstances and it would be practical that it would be
    granted because I am the breadwinner of our family.

    In view of the above-mentioned reasons, and in consideration of my right and


    privileges, please understand my situation and I am humbly appealing to your office to
    consider my intention to transfer. By this, I hope your good office will give me an
    Endorsement Letter for Transfer as one of my requirements in the Division of Bukidnon.
