I am a Grade 9 Teacher presently stationed at Sapang Bato National High School since September 24, 2010. As a
teacher, I perform my task with outmost dedication and with high degree of excellence. However, after some careful
considerations, I would like to request for transfer from my present station to any of the schools in need of Science: BV
Romero High School/ Claro M. Recto Information and Communication Technology High School/ Angeles City National
High School for the following reasons.

1) Our residence is located in Camias Magalang, Pampanga

2) This will minimize my travel time from my residence to my station
3) This will mitigate the cost of my transportation expenses
4) This will increase my efficiency as a teacher because I can devote more of my time in the preparation of lesson
plans and instructional materials.

With these reasons, it is hoped that my simple request merits your favorable response.
