Dear Madam:

Greetings!

I am Mrs. Ann Lynn Rabulan Cate, a Teacher II assigned at Donsol National Comprehensive High
School, Donsol, Sorsogon, and major in Social Studies. I’ve started teaching in this school since
2015. I am purposely writing this letter to express my intent to transfer from Schools Division of
Sorsogon (Province) to Schools Division of Ligao City for the following reasons, to wit:

1. I am currently residing in Calzada, Ligao City, Albay after getting married to a Ligaoeño,
and for this reason, I wish to be assigned in a school near to our residence.
2. I am presently seven (7) months pregnant, the long and difficulty of travel to Donsol NCHS
would be a big risk to my pregnancy. Donsol is far away from my present residence and it
would be impossible for me to be at our home daily.
3. If I will still be at Donsol NCHS after my delivery, it would be hard for me to attend the
needs of my newborn child. As a mother, it is my desire to take good care of my child.

I am fervently anticipating that this request be granted and be given attention as it would be
beneficial to my current situation.
