following reasons:
1. That I am from Castro St. Poblacion Bugallon, Pangasinan;
2. That I am an alumna of the school;
3. That I will be more effective and punctual nearer to my working place;
4. That although I am a licensed motorcyclist, I am exposed every day to
a risky deadly highway; and
5. In order to reduce my financial expenses and to be nearer to my family.

I am writing to respectfully request a swapping in location from Dulag National

High School, Binmaley to Portic Integrated School, Bugallon.

I have the pleasure of working in Dulag National High School. I have developed
good relations with fellow teachers and students there. But my problem is, I
commute to work for almost two hours every day and sometimes I used to
drive a motorcycle in order to reduce my financial expenses. I am worried
although I am a licensed motorcyclist, I am exposed every day to a risky
deadly highway and considering the distance and the climate it is very risky
and tedious in my part to travel every day. Thus, I am making this request to
transfer to the school where it is very accessible to my place of residence. I
am also worried about the situation of my parents because they’re too old to
left alone at home, so if I’ll be nearer I can look after them.

Ma’am to make it not difficult for you, I have found Mr. Randy E. Mangiralas
a resident of Dulag, Binmaley, Pangasinan and a teacher at Portic Integrated
School, Bugallon who is willing to trade places with me. He has subject
expertise which are very similar to mine, thus my school will find him a
suitable transferee.

I am humbly appealing to your office to consider my intention of transfer. I

would be very happy together with my family if you grant me this request.

5. Though I am a teacher III in my school, may I ask if you would allow
