I, Mr. SANDY TISOY LAGATA, Teacher - I and currently teaching at BAGONG SRANG NATIONAL HIGH
SCHOOL, heartily applying for transfer of teaching station that may be near to my permanent address for the
following reasons to wit:
1. That I am teaching in my present station, BAGONG SIRANG HIGH SCHOOL, Castilla, Sorsogon for
three (3) year with utmost dedication and much achievement;

2. That I am a bonafide resident of 383 Maharlika Highway, Abuyog, East District, Sorsogon City,
Sorsogon and I am pretty sure that I can extend many services even beyond official hours for the
benefits of my loving old mother and safer travel in going home;

3. That it is my great opportunity because my present station is far from my residence hence time and
travel expenses could be of great help for the education not only of my school but to me as well.

4. Sir, and for more convenience, I have found Ms. RONALYN L. MILANEZ, Teacher - I, stationed in
CASIGUARN TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, Casiguran, Sorsogon and bonafide
resident of San Roque, Castilla, Sorsogon who is willing to trade places with me.
It is my fervent hope and prayer that this humble request will be given meritorious favor from your very
