Greetings!

I, the undersigned, would like to apply for transfer as a school administrator from Canonoy
Elementary School to Pilar Elementary School, District of Hinigaran – I for the following
reasons:

1. Canonoy Elementary School where I am currently assigned is five (5) kilometers

away from my residence. Traveling to and from the said school entails me to take
four trips daily at Php 200 fare rate.
2. Pilar ES on the otherhand, is a two (2) kilometer, single trip away from my residence
with a daily fare rate of Php 25 pesos only. The opportunity to be transferred will
certainly lessen my travel time and daily transportation expenses. Also, I can utilize
my time efficiently for the advantage of my colleagues, stakeholders, and most
importantly, the learners as part of my major responsibility as a school leader.

3. Moreover, my experience as a school Principal for 5 years and 9 months, having

endured multiple challenges before and during the pandemic has honed me to work
effectively and proficiently to the best I could to the schools where I am assigned to.

for your kind consideration.
