Greetings of Peace!

I am eager to express my intention to apply for the Principal I Position in any vacant school in
the Division of Negros Occidental.

I am ROSE LIMA M. GUITA, a Six (6) year Teacher In Charge of Salvador C. Resol
National High School (formerly: Quirico G. Manzano Mem. NHS-Gatuslao Annex). I am one of
the passers in the recently conducted National Qualifying Exanimation for School Heads
(NQESH).

I finished my Master’s Degree in Education major in Educational Management (MAED) at

Central Philippine State University –Kabankalan Main Campus last August 2019. I believe that
learning is a life-long process, I continue to improve myself as a school head which is why I am
one of the scholars in the School Heads Academy (SHA) at the University of Saint La Salle.

With my effort and leadership, Salvador C. Resol National High School, received its government
recognition last November 2019 and has its school identification (School ID) /(EBEIS) for the
school year 2020-2021. Likewise, the school has an MOOE allocation for this fiscal year 2022.
Last year the school was recognized as one of the finalists in the Seal of Excellence small school
category at the division level and still joining up to the present.

I am confident that my instructional competencies, experiences, skills, training, and most

importantly my strong dedication to be a mentor in educating the young generation would greatly
benefit the school and Department.
