RESOLUTION Resorting to the canvassing without PHILGEPS of Repair and Maintenance of School
Building and Declaring the Lowest Bid for the Repair and Maintenance of School Building Expense
(Supply and Delivery of Materials for the Repair of Classroom Ceiling)

BAC RESOLUTION NO. OO2, S. 2022

WHEREAS, Salvador C. Resol Nationasl High School Grade 7 Classroom Ceiling was totally damaged
due to super typhon Odette.

WHEREAS, Salvador C. Resol Nationasl High School agreed to canvass without Philgeps for the
materials to be used in repairing the said classroom ceiling.

WHEREAS, request for quotations were sent to Prospective and eligible bidders last November 29,
2022 and appropriate documents for the conduct of bid were submitted to BAC.

WHEREAS, the BAC RECEIVED from 3 prospective and eligible bidders in response to the invitation
after all the bids were ranked and the BAC identified the Lowest Bid to be the supplier for the said
project.

WHEREAS, upon evaluation of submitted documents of the lowest bidder namely, GENESIS
HARDWARE from Candoni Negros Occidental is legally capable to deliver the said materials for the
repair of classroom ceiling.

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby RESOLVED, as it is hereby
RESOLVED, that the amount of 25, 704.00 will be spent for the materials for the repair of Grade 7
Classroom Ceiling.

RESOLVED, at Salvador C. Resol National High School District of Candoni, Brgy. Gatuslao, Candoni
Negros Occidental, this 5th day of December 2022.
