 Prepared and printed brigada forms.
 Initiated the Brigada kick off program.
 Acted as the overall implementer of Brigada Eskwela Activities.
Monday
8/1/2022  Instructed and dispatched volunteers to the areas they will work on
with the help of the co- teachers.
 Consolidated the number of enrollees in all grade level and entered it
in the quick count in the LIS site of the school.
 Attended to the needs of the volunteers, helped in documenting the
hauling of chairs to the different classrooms and repair of water
facilities.
Tuesday
 Received donations from donors.
8/2/2022
 Initiated the purchasing of different materials for painting.
 Consolidated the number of enrollees in all grade level and entered it
in the quick count in the LIS site of the school.
 Helped in cooking the food of the volunteers.
Wednesday  Received donations and continued disposing letters for other donors.
8/3/2022  Consolidated the number of enrollees in all the grade level and
entered it in the quick count in the LIS site of the school.
 Collected the cash donations of WACKI.
 Helped in cooking the food of the volunteers.
 Initiated the purchasing of other materials for painting, IPED center rip
Thursday
8/4/2022 rap and beam of the main building of the school.
 Instructed the volunteers in the rip rapping of the IPED center.
 Consolidated the number of enrollees in all the grade level and
entered it in the quick count in the LIS site of the school.
 Received the books donated by Berkeley International School.
 Acted as the enrollment committee of the day.

8/5/2022  Initiated the purchasing of materials for façade and ceiling painting.
 Consolidated the number of enrollees in all the grade level and
entered it in the quick count in the LIS site of the school.

from the office of the Mayor.

Wednesday flower or garden boxes, continuation of repair of the water facilities,

cementing and putting post of the canopy and rip rapping of the IPED
center.

Thursday
 Instructed the volunteers and documented the final repainting of the

Saturday  Instructed the volunteers and documented the welding, repainting and

 Attended with the needs of the volunteers and co-teachers.
Monday  Instructed the volunteers and documented the cleaning of the

wall below the school ground façade.
 Attended with the needs of the volunteers and co-teachers.
Tuesday  Instructed the volunteers and documented the repainting of doors and

 Cleaned and fixed my room with the volunteers.
 Attended with the needs of the volunteers and co-teachers.
 Instructed the volunteers and purchased the materials needed for the
Wednesday cementing of the library flooring.

 Prepared the agenda and materials needed for the parents’
orientation tomorrow.
