JOINT PTA AND SGC RESOLUTION NO. 4

SERIES OF 2022

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR THE PURCHASE OF WATER DISPENSER FOR THE GRADE
10 CLASSROOMS IN BIBILIK NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

WHEREAS, the classrooms of G10 is in need of water dispenser for a more conducive
environment learning purpose.

WHEREAS, the cost of Water Dispenser will cost around Four Thousand Pesos (4000).

THEREFORE, upon motion of RITCHIE TORRES, the classroom PTA President of G10
Wisdom, duly seconded by MARIO ALOM, classroom PTA Vice-President of G10
Perseverance; BE IT.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that this body now in session, agrees to

contribute the amount of Seventy Five Pesos (75) to purchase the of the said water
dispenser.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT, that the decision to contribute the above-mentioned amount
is of the free will of the members and officers of the classroom PTA of Grade 10 Section
Wisdom and Perseverance.

WE HEREBY CERTIFY TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION.
