A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING BAYAWAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL-SENIOR
HIGH SCHOOL
TO THE LIMITED FACE TO FACE AMIDST COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Whereas, the Parent Teachers Association (PTA) is a duly recognized parent organization in
school whose function serves as support group and as partner of the school in terms of
students’ welfare and development as stipulated in Deped Order No. 54 s. 2009;
Whereas, effective school year 2020 – 2021 and 2021 – 2022, the department of Education has
adopted the NO FACE TO FACE learning modality to continuously deliver the
learning process amidst covid – 19 pandemic;
Whereas, recently the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) has categorized the entire province of
Negros Oriental under Alert Level II in terms of community quarantine status in which
Villareal, Bayawan City where Bayawan National High School – Senior High School
is located,
Whereas, Deped-DOH JMC No. 1 s. 2021 allows limited face to face of classes under Level I
and II classification in terms of community quarantine status,
Whereas, Bayawan National High School – Senior High School will be participating the limited
face to face of classes as required by the Department of Education,
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVE that the Parent-Teachers Association
is in full support on the effort of Bayawan National High School – Senior High School to
participate in the limited face to face as learning modality for effective learning process.
Resolved further, that having face to face as modality in the delivery of learning
process is advantageous to our children since teachers can discuss clearly the lesson especially to
children with difficulty in coping up the lesson.
Resolved furthermore, that the school will strictly adhere on IATF protocols such as
wearing of face mask/shield, social distancing and other precautionary measures to ensure the
safety of our children.
Resolved finally that a copy of this resolution will be forwarded to higher authorities
for action and recommendation.
Now therefore, on motion of Melchie Joyohoy duly seconded by Jasmin M. Sojor both
member of the Board of Director of the organization that the Parent-Teachers Association is
supporting Bayawan National High School – Senior High School to participate on the limited
face to face modality in the delivery of the learning process for the reason stipulated above.

A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE SCHOOL TO COLLECT AN AMOUNT
OF FIFTY PESOS AS ADDITIONAL FUND TO DEFRAY EXPENSES RELATIVE TO
THE CONDUCT OF PINNING AND MOA SIGNING FOR WORK IMMERSION
PARTNERSHIP.
Whereas, Bayawan National High School – Senior High School will hold a Pinning Ceremony and
Ceremonial MOA Signing for Work Immersion Partnership this coming March 29, 2023,
4:00 o’ clock in the afternoon at the school ground with the theme; “BNHS-SHS: Embarking
with Hope Towards a Meaningful Transition.”
Whereas, conducting this activity would be beneficial to all Grade 12 Students as they commence their
work immersion as requirement for graduation.
Whereas, conducting this activity entails some amount of funds that the school can not suffice.
Whereas, the school will collect an amount of Fifty Pesos (P50.00) per student as additional Fund in the
conduct of the said activity with the following breakdown to wit;
a) Chairs P20.00
b) Decoration P 15.00
c) Tarpaulin P 5.00
d) Snacks for Students Ushers/
Usherettes (BSP & GSP) & Others P 5.00
e. Contingency Funds P 5.00
TOTAL P 50.00
Resolve as it is hereby resolved, that the Parents Teachers Association as an independent internal
stakeholder of the school expresses its full support on the activity that would benefit the learners and
allows the collection of the said amount provided that said amount is due and proper.
Resolved further, that the school shall submit liquidation report to the office of the PTA for
accounting purposes only.
Resolved furthermore, that the school administration is not liable and/or be absolve to any legal
claims against her.
Now therefore on motion of _________________ duly seconded by _______________ both
officers of the Parents-Teaches Association support the collection of Fifty Pesos (P50.00) as additional
fund to defray expenses relative to the conduct of the Pinning and MOA Signing Ceremony for Work
Immersion Partnership of Bayawan National High School – Senior High School for school year 2022 –
2023.
