    Dear Parents,

    Good day! I hope this letter finds you well.The Homeroom PTA OFFICERS writing to propose a
    project for our homeroom class that we believe will greatly benefits our students.And this project will
    be the Bond Paper(10 reams) for the whole school year that they can use for their summative test (1st
    quarter-4th quarter).I kindly request your consideration and support for this first project.Together,we
    can create a good relationship towards one another and establish unity between parents and teacher.

    Thank you for your time and attention.I look forward to discussing this proposal further and
    working together to make a positive difference in our homeroom class.
