    A RESOLUTION REQUESTING CONGRESSWOMAN 1ST DISTRICT OF LEYTE YEDDA


    MARIE K. ROMULADEZ, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF PHP 100,000.00
    FOR THE PURCHASE OF BONDPAPERS OF SAN FRANCISCO WEST ELEMENTARY
    SCHOOL, ALANGALANG II DISTRICT ALANGALANG, LEYTE.

    WHEREAS, the GPTA Officials, Brgy. Officials, Administrators, and Staff believe that the
    Bond Papers at San Francisco West Elementary School are essential for the weekly
    reproduction of hundreds of modules for children throughout the year.

    WHEREAS, the GPTA Officials, Brgy. Officials, Administrators, and Staff find it difficult to
    accomplish this project for lack of funds. The GPTA, Brgy. Officials, Administrators, and Staff,
    on the other hand, are apprehensive that this project will be realized with the support of a
    generous high-ranking government official, in this case Congresswoman 1st District of Leyte
    Yedda Marie K. Romualdez. Attached herewith is the cost analysis of modules, and learning
    activity sheets (LAS) and worksheets which will be spent monthly.
    NOW, THEREFORE, on mass motion of the GPTA Officials, Brgy. Officials,
    Administrators, and Staff, be it

    RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVED, to request Congresswoman 1 st District of Leyte


    Yedda Marie K. Romualdez, financial assistance in the amount of Php 100,000.00 for the
    purchase of 50-100 boxes of Bond Papers of San Francisco West Elementary School,
    Alangalang II District, Alangalang, Leyte.

    CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
