A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE

GOOD OFFICE OF HONORABLE SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE CADOLDOLAN MULTI-PURPOSE COVERED GYM LOCATED AT THE BARANGAY
PLAZA.

WHEREAS, the aforementioned location is always chosen as the venue of big gatherings in our
barangay such as general assembly meeting, day care and elementary school programs, sports
tournament, etc.

WHEREAS, every time there is an occasion, the barangay officials together with the people help
each other to build a temporary tent for the protection from the heat of the sun or rain.

WHEREAS, the construction of the Cadoldolan Multi-Purpose Covered Gym will provide
efficient, convenient, sustainable service and help uplift the social welfare of the people of our
barangay especially when there are big events to be held.

NOWTHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, upon motion made by Hon. Danny A.
Fadrillan and Hon. Jasmin B. Villabito, duly seconded, be it RESOLVED as it is hereby
RESOLVED to respectfully request financial assistance from the good office of Honorable Loren
Legarda, Senator of the Republic of the Philippines, for the construction of the Cadoldolan Multi-
Purpose Covered Gym.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copy of this Resolution to the Office of Honorable Senator
Loren Legarda, Punong Barangay Rogelio A. Cutchado and other agencies, offices concerned
for their information and appropriate action;
