RESOLUTION NO. 04
SERIES OF 2022

“A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING HONORABLE RONALD “BATO DELA

ROSA TO ALLOCATE FUNDS TO PURCHASE/PROVIDE FIFTY (50) UNITS OF SOLAR
STREET LIGHTS WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES SUCH AS METAL POST INTENDED
FOR INSTALLATION AT PUROKS 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 OF BARANGAY DEL PILAR,
MUNICIPALITY OF MABINI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO”.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Local Government Unit of Del Pilar aims essentials in providing
avenue of social services, specially health and safety and promotion of peace and values among
its constituents;

WHEREAS, one of the identified problems was there were barangay roads entering some
Puroks that doesn’t have streetlights and are difficult and dangerous to pass through especially
at night.

WHEREAS, the said units of Solar Streetlights shall be installed at Purok 1,

2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 of this barangay;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Restituto A. Jamo-ay, duly seconded by all present,

be it;

RESOLVED, to request, as it is hereby requested Honorable Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa to

allocate funds to purchase/provide fifty (50) units of Solar Street Lights with complete accessories
such as metal post intended for installations at Puroks 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 of Barangay Del Pilar,
Municipality of Mabini, Province of Davao De Oro.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Office of

Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa for his information, consideration and kind approval hereon.
