A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR _____ METERS OF WATER PIPE HOSE TO ATTY.

CYNTHIA FALCOTELO-FORTES HONORABLE MAYOR OF BARCELONA, SORSOGON FOR
THE CONTINOUS IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT OF BARANGAY TAGDON,
BARCELONA, SORSOGON

WHEREAS, the specific provisions of RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991,
delegated functions and responsibilities to local governments unit (LGUs), primarily on the
effective and efficient delivery of services and facilities at the local level;

WHEREAS, there is a need to provide fund assistance to the barangay from the Local Government Unit in
order to alleviate their financial burdens in carrying out the devolved functions and
responsibilities;

WHEREAS, barangay Tagdon desires to implement projects which is beneficial to the constituents of
barangay Luneta specially this time of Pandemic;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad ________________________________ duly seconded by

unanimous assent, be it
RESOLVED, as it is hereby DONE to request the Honorable Mayor, Atty. Cynthia Falcotelo-Fortes a ____
meters of water pipe hose for the continuous implementation of the project of Barangay Tagdon,
Barcelona, Sorsogon.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution be furnished to the offices concerned for their
information and appropriate action.
