“RESOLUTION REQUESTING SENATOR RONALD M. DELA ROSA MEMBER, SENATE OF THE

PHILIPPINES FOR A FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET
LIGHTS OF BARANGAY CATUGAY, BAGGAO, CAGAYAN IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION
PESOS (PHP 2,000,000.00 )”
WHEREAS, the presence of solar street lights will be a great help in maintaining the peace and order in
the Barangay and this will be serve as also a deception to those unlawful person at night.
WHEREAS, the Barangay has now refining and the population has been mounting and solar street lights
are instantly desired to secure the safetyness of residents.
WHEREAS, due to limited resources of the Barangay, this project cannot be apprehend;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Councils unanimously agreed to appeal to the Honorable Ronald M. Dela
Rosa for support and extend financial assistance for the construction of the Solar Street
Lights.
NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Rodolfo A. Espedido and duly

seconded by the body in session to request financial assistance from Honorable Ronald M.
Dela Rosa.
RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that Honorable Ronald M. Dela Rosa Member, Senate of the
Philippines for the Augmentation for the Installation of Solar Street Lights at Barangay
Catugay, Baggao, Cagayan in the amount of Two Million Pesos ( PHP 2,000,000.00).
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution will be forwarded to the Honorable Honorable
Ronald M. Dela Rosa for his appropriate action.
Adopted, this 04th day of April 2021 at Barangay Catugay, Baggao, Cagayan.

“RESOLUTION REQUESTING SENATOR EMMANUEL D. PACQUIAO MEMBER, SENATE OF THE

PHILIPPINES FOR A FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE CONCRETEMENT OF VINTAR ROAD –
SAN ESTEBAN ROAD OF BARANGAY CATUGAY, BAGGAO, CAGAYAN IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX
MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ( PHP 6,500,000.00 )”
WHEREAS, the Vintar Road - San Esteban Road has located at from Purok 4 to Purok 07 and has not
yet concreted.
WHEREAS, the condition of Vintar - San Esteban Roads will becomes slippery during the rainy seasons
and the heavy rains destroys the surface of the road resulting to be impassable.
WHEREAS, the concreting of the Vintar and San Esteban Roads will make the transportation comes
easy and it will be a great help to the farmers in bringing their products to the market center.
WHEREAS, The 20% Development Fund of the Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) is not enough to
finance all the development project of the Barangay.
NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Jazel J. Diza and duly seconded by
the body in session to request financial assistance from Honorable Emmanuel D. Pacquiao.
RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that Honorable Emmanuel D. Pacquiao Member, Senate of

the Philippines for the Intensification for the concreting of Vintar – San Esteban at Barangay
Catugay, Baggao, Cagayan in the amount of Six Million, Five Hundred Thousand Pesos ( PHP
6,500,000.00 )”
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution will be forwarded to the Honorable Emmanuel D.
Pacquiao for his appropriate action.

“RESOLUTION REQUESTING SENATOR JUAN MIGUEL F. ZUBIRI MEMBER, SENATE OF THE

PHILIPPINES FOR A FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SENIOR CITIZEN
AND PERSON WITH DISABILITIES OFFICE IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO MILLION PESOS ( PHP
2,000,000.00 )”
WHEREAS, the 20% development fund of the Barangay is very limited so the Barangay cannot
construct an Office for the Senior Citizens and Person with Disabilities.
WHEREAS, the members of the Senior Citizens and the Persons with Disabilities has urgently needs a
facility that serves as their office.
WHEREAS, due to limited resources of the Barangay, this project cannot be apprehend;
WHEREAS, the Barangay Councils unanimously agreed to appeal to the Honorable Juan Miguel F. Zubiri
to provide an enough fund for the completion of the said project.
NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Lenny T. Agpalza and duly seconded
by the body in session to request financial assistance from Honorable Juan Miguel F. Zubiri
RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that Honorable Juan Miguel F. Zubiri Member, Senate of the
Philippines for the Augmentation for the construction of senior citizen and person with disabilities office
in the amount of two million pesos ( php 2,000,000.00 )”
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution will be forwarded to the Honorable Juan Miguel F.
Zubiri for his appropriate action.
