RESOLUTION NO. 2022-___

RESOLUTION RESPECTFULY REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE OFFICE OF

HONORABLE LAURENZ R. DEFENSOR CONGRESSMAN, THIRD COGRESSIONAL DISTRICT PROVINCE OF
ILOILO, REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES, IN THE AMMOUNT OF FIVE MILLION PESOS, (PHP
5,000,000.00), FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL, OF BARANGAY TUPOL ESTE,
MUNICIPALITY OF CABATUAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO.

WHEREAS, the construction of the Multi-Purpose Hall, is one of the priority project of the
Sangguniang Barangay of Tupol Este, Cabatuan, Iloilo, in order, to deliver good and quality services to its
constituents.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Tupol Este had purchased a lot for the construction of
Multi-Purpose Hall.

WHEREAS, despite of this very idea and useful plans, the Sangguniang Barangay of Tupol Este,
Cabatuan, Iloilo, has no sufficient funds, that could compensate for the implementation of the project.

WHEREAS, after a series of studies and brainstorming, the Honorable Body has decided, to pass
a resolution, respectfully requesting financial assistance from the Office of Honorable Laurez R.
Defensor, Congressman, Third District Province of Iloilo, Republic of the Philippines, in the amount of
Five Million Pesos, (PHP 5,000,000.00), for the construction of Muti-Purpose Hall of Barangay Tupol Este,
Municipality of Cabatuan, Province of Iloilo.

NOW THEREFORE, on the motion of Barangay Kagawad, Hon. __________________which was

duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad Hon. _______________________.

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve the resolution, respectfully requesting

financial assistance from the Office of Honorable Laurenz R. Defensor, Congressman, Third District
Province of Iloilo, Philippines in the amount of Five Million Pesos (PHP 5,000,000.00) for the
construction of Multi-Purpose Hall of Barangay Tupol Este, Municipality of Cabatuan, Province of Iloilo.
