RESOLUTION MANIFESTING INTENTION TO AVAIL THE DOLE INTEGRATED

LIVELIHOOD AND EMERGENCY EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM (DILEEP) – TUPAD AND
AUTHORIZING THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE OF LGU BARANGAY PATIC,
PULUPANDAN NEGROS OCCIDENTAL HON. ROGER P. VENENCIO TO ENTER INTO
AND SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF
LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE VI.

WHEREAS, Barangay Patic, Pulupandan, Negros Occidental is requesting the

MERIAM D. GONO Department of Labored Employment, Regional Office 6 for the allocation of funds for the
Barangay Kagawad TUPAD project with Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) attached herewith;

WHEREAS, the approved availment of this program will help recipient to augment their
income to support and sustain their needs in a short period of time;
WHEREAS, this is an opportune time to address the current COVID-19 pandemic that
faces every family thus they opted to avail the TUPAD under the DILEEP to provide this
beneficiaries with temporary employment to augment their income that will provide to their
family basic needs:

ALLAN T. RICARSE WHEREAS, the Barangay Patic, Pulupandan, Negros Occidental shall provide its
technical assistance necessary to the project as well as personnel to supervise the implementation
Barangay Kagawad and documentation of the project;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Edgardo L. de la Cruz and duly seconded

by Kagawad Jose L. Ebro Jr. and upon the unanimous approval of all Barangay Council, be it;
