A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BARANGAY SECRETARY, OF BARANGAY

TANDANG SORA, GOVERNOR GENEROSO, DAVAO ORIENTAL.

Whereas, pursuant Section 394 Of RA 7160 The Barangay Secretary shall be appointed by the Punong
Barangay with the Concurrence of Sangguniang Barangay;

Whereas, Carlito T. Tagalog is appointed by the Punong Barangay Hon. Virgenito D. Morascallo, as the
Barangay Secretary subject to Concurrence of this Body;

Whereas, Carlito T. Tagalog, possesses all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications to the
position as Barangay Secretary of this Barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Jay C. Belacho and duly seconded by Hon. Abelito M. Linganay, it
was;

BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the above-named appointed Barangay Secretary of

Barangay Tandang Sora, Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental is hereby CONCURRED.
