BARANGAY 03 BALER, AURORA HELD ON AUGUST 2, 2023 AT THE BARANGAY CONFERENCE HALL.

RESOLUTION NO. 31-2023

“A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF
FORMER SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY MEMBER AND FORMER SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY TREASURER
CLARO B. RIVERA JR., WHO JOINED HIS CREATOR LAST JULY 28, 2023”

WHEREAS, former Sangguniang Barangay Member and former Sangguniang Barangay Treasurer Claro B. Rivera Jr. of Barangay
03 Poblacion Baler, Aurora passed away last July 28, 2023 to join his Creator;

WHEREAS, the former public servant was appointed and have served as Sangguniang Barangay Member from 2007-2010 and also
become Sangguniang Barangay Treasurer from 2013-2018;

WHEREAS, he now departs from us but he would always be remembered as a responsible and dedicated man to his duties and
responsibilities as a public servant and as a source of love and inspiration to his family and countless of friends;

WHEREAS, despite this desolation and bereavement, the constituents of this barangay take pride and gratitude for his service and
contributions during his term as Sangguniang Barangay Member and Sangguniang Barangay Treasurer;

WHEREAS, with this expression of heartfelt sympathy and condolences, the officialdom of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay
03 Poblacion Baler, Aurora joins the bereaved family beseeching the Almighty God the Father in His Wisdom and Compassion to
grant his soul eternal rest and peace in His Glorious Kingdom;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Romeo P. Francisco dully seconded unanimously, it was;

RESOLVED, it is hereby resolved, that the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay 03 Poblacion Baler, Aurora express as it hereby
expresses its deepest sympathy and condolences to the family and friends of the late Former Sangguniang Barangay Member and
Former Sangguniang Barangay Treasurer Claro B. Rivera Jr. who joined his Creator last July 28, 2023.
