002 re INVENTORY OF VACCINATED POPULATION IN THE
BARANGAY IN LINE WITH THE PRONOUNCEMENT OF
PRESIDENT RODRIGO DUTERTE TO RESTRAIN MOVEMENT
OF THE UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUALS

Attached is DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2022-008 signed by

Secretary Eduardo M. Año, dated January 31, 2022, regarding the abovementioned
subject.

In view thereof, please facilitate the completion and uploading of the following
reports, using the attached revised inventory templates, for the month of
January 2022 through the link: https://tinyurl.com/inventoryofvaxxedJan not later
than February 20, 2022:

1. DILG HUC, City, and Municipal Inventory

2. DILG Provincial Inventory

The Barangay Inventory Reports, on the other hand, shall be kept at the
DILG Provincial/HUC or City/Municipal levels.
