RESOLUTION TO DONATE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF BARANGAY

CAMAMBUGAN TO MIWD

WHEREAS, Barangay Camambugan (level III) water system was inaugurated last
February 18, 2019:

WHEREAS, MIWD will supply water to the residents of this barangay:

WHEREAS, the sangguniang barangay agreed to donate water distribution system of

Barangay Camambugan to MIWD:

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SB Member Fernando D. Ganat Jr and duly

seconded by SB Member Efren S. Simpao, be it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to donate water distribution system of

Barangay Camambugan to MIWD.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of the resolution to the office of MIWD, Officeof
the Municipal Mayor and other agencies concerned for their information and guidance.
