MINUTES OF THE 2nd REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF CAMAMBUGAN,

STA.BARBARA, ILOILO, HELD AT THE BARANGAY HALL ON MARCH 17, 2019 AT 9:00 A.M.

The meeting was called to order by the Presiding Officer at 9:00 o’clock in the morning.
A minute of prayer was led by SB Member Rodrigo Sondia.

The minutes of the previous session dated March 3, 2019 was read. There being no
corrections offered, on motion of SK Chairman Eden Mae Gorantes and was duly seconded by
SB Member Rodrigo Sondia, the minutes of the previous session was adopted

Committee Report:
1. SB Member Ganat committee on Infrastructure, informed that MIWD personnel
Engr. Menesis got 60 meters of black electric wires, yellow electrical wires and electrical tape
from barangay Hall for the boaster, since Mr. Alex Sudario got his wirings used by the boaster
pump

Business for the Day:

1. Water System (MIWD)
Water connection applicants should comply the requirements for immediate
implementation of the water system. A resolution to donate water distribution system of
Barangay Camambugan to MIWD was submitted to the MIWD Office.
Zone 3 and Zone 4 have no existing blue pipes for water connection hence they
are required to submit a letter requiring to extend water pipes to MIWD through Municipal
Mayor.
2. The Acting Municipal Nutrition Action Office (MNOA), Mrs. Ma. Han Soyen Somogod
requested the Barangays, Municipality of Santa Barbara to donate 1 unit plastic chair for the
BNS monthly meeting so that they have chairs to use.
The August Body agreed to donate a chair for the BNS in the amount of P350.00 at
P35.00 each Barangay Officials to be deducted on March Honorarium.

3. Statu
 Punong Barangay informed that Mrs. Mondejar, BSPO Coordinator attended the LIGA
meeting and said that the BSPO of Barangay Camambugan did not attend the monthly meeting
and he did not submitted the required reports. Pnong Barangay required SB Member Jose
Marie Suacillo to inform Henry Sulleza BSPO to attend to attend their meeting and submit the
required reports.

4. Status of the Parol Making Contest worth P10, 000.00, deposited in the bank.
Barangay Treasurer, informed that the said prize will be preserved before it
will expire, SB Member Sondia promised to processed the program of works to the Engineers
Office with Mr. Anthony Fortaliza.

5. Synchronized Barangay Assembly Day

On motion of SB Member Efren Simpao duly seconded by SB Member Dionilyn
Suner, that the Barangay assembly Day will be held on March 23, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the
Barangay Multi-Purpose Hall.

6. The Sangguniang Barangay agreed that the P1 100.00 contribution for the death aid
to the beloved family of the Late Jean Calmita will be deducted on February’s Honorarium of
the officials at P100.00 each except SB Member Dionilyn Suner who did not agree.

Other Matters:
1. BNS and BHW needs the CHT Barangay Profile forms since the deadline of
submission of said forms will be on March 25, 2019. The Barangay Treasurer was assigned to
photocopy of CHT Barangay Profile Forms. BHW requested the columnarbook bind needed for
their recording.

2. Punong Barangay informed that the barangay received a check form of the
Governor’s Office worth P200.00 for the construction of the street lights with 32 posts

3. Turnover of EIC materials for Barangay Camambugan Elementary School by the PNP
will be on March 20, 2019 at 9:30 AM.

4. Soft Ball League-Opening on March 17, 2019 at 2:00PM SK Chairman will barrow the
following:
1.2 streel benches
5 plastic chairs
1 old trapal
Umpire – Ernesto Sumbilona asking for P300.00/game

5. Auditing of Barangay Fund on next meeting

There being no more topics to be discussed, on motion of SK Chairman Eden Mae

Gorantes, and duly seconded by SB Member Rodrigo Sondia, the meeting was adjourned at
11:00AM.
