Notes:-
1. “W.T COAMING” location is to be verified before installation.
2. Yard to utilize the existing cable trays for routing cables. Wherever new routing is required yard
have to add new cable trays locally to suit to site.
3. Drawing provided with cable routing is indicative in nature which is only used for cable
estimation purpose
4. Refer cable schedule (Dwg.No: DN12278_5005_ELECTRICAL CABLE SCHEDULE) for cable
details.
5. Power & signal cables are to be segregated separately by minimum 50mm.
6. From MSB (ECR) to new BWTS equipment in Engine Room platform-I deck, the cable to be laid
with the existing cable tray routes and penetration. We presumed that existing cable tray &
penetration have sufficient spare space in order to accommodate new BWTS cable.
7. We proposed to use existing coaming for BWTS cable laying. If existing coaming is not sufficient
new coaming needs to be introduced inside the accommodation area and opening to be filled with
class approved type compound.
8. Proposing to lay cables between Transformer rectifier and electrolytic cell (cable size 1x95 mm2),
in such a way that that the cable length between the same equipments is not more than 25 meters
for individual cables.
9. All coaming to be filled with class approved type sealing compound.
10. The Erma supplied cable from flow switch (FSA-BWTS-01)to BWTS control panel to be arranged
in such a way that the cable length not exceeds more than 10 meters.
