DELAYED / ON-GOING ROAD CONSTRUCTIONS IN ILOILO CITY

1.) SITUATION AT TIMAWA AVENUE, MOLO

As shown on the pictures above, the contract duration should already be expired;
however, the project is still ongoing because of the slow pace of work. DPWH data
shows the contractors’ negative slippage of more than 15% yet the agency did not
penalized the contractor.
2.) SITUATION AT JALANDONI STREET, CITY PROPER

Based on the project contract, it should have been completed last July 13, 2017. A year
has passed but the construction is still ongoing. The ongoing construction has given
inconvenience to the motorists. It also jeopardizes public safety.
3.) SITUATION AT BRGY SAN PEDRO, MOLO

Based on the project contract, it should have been completed last April 26, 2018. DPWH
has not taken actions for a fast paced construction.
SITUATION AT BRGY. SAN PEDRO, MOLO
Based on the project contract, it should have been completed last May 22,2018. As of
May 31, 2018, DPWH has recorded a -9.7% slippage on the project.

4.)MANDURRIAO-PAKIAD ROAD

Based on DPWH ICDEO data, the contract should be completed on May 28,2018. As of
May 31, 2018, the agency has recordeed a -4.16% slippage on the project.
6.) IZNART - LEDESMA, CITY PROPER - MOLO ROAD

SITUATION AT BALUARTE, MOLO


SITUATION AT LOPEZ-JAENA STREET, MOLO

Based on DPWH ICDEO data, the contract should be completed on May 26, 2018;
however it was revised to June 25, 2018. As of May 31, 2018, the agency has recorded
a -15.08% slippage on the project.
7.) SITUATION AT QUEZON STREET, CITY PROPER

NO RECORD.
