RESOLUTION NO. 01
SERIES OF 2022

“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. DALE B. CORVERA, PROVINCIAL

GOVERNOR OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF AN ELEVATED CONCRETE PATHWAY WITH CANOPY
PROJECT OF P.C. REYES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LOCATED AT BARANGAY
CANAWAY, KITCHARAO, AGUSAN DEL NORTE.”

WHEREAS, the school site is located within a prone schistosomiasis infested area where
adjacent to it is a rice field, during rainy season, the school ground gets easily flooded due to
its low land area location;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Government of Canaway and Municipal Government has a

limited fund for the said construction;

WHEREAS, the barangay council of Barangay Canaway, Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte
concern the health safety and welfare of school children of P.C. Reyes Elementary School;

WHEREAS, this construction found beneficial both students, faculty members, guest and
visitors for their health safety and welfare;

NOW, THEREFORE;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Barangay Development Council (BDC) in

the regular session assembled, to REQUESTING HON. DALE B. CORVERA,
PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE TO ALLOCATE FUNDS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ELEVATED CONCRETE PATHWAY WITH
CANOPY PROJECT OF P.C. REYES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LOCATED AT
BARANGAY CANAWAY, KITCHARAO, AGUSAN DEL NORTE.”

ADOPTED, 1st day of March, 2022 upon motion by Barangay Kagawad Leoddie N. Galarrita
and duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad Ian T. Malazaga.

LET, copies of this resolution be furnished to the Municipal Development Council (MDC),
to the Provincial Governor’s Office this Province, Sangguniang Bayan Office this
Municipality for information and endorsement.

DONE AND APPROVED this 1st day of March, 2022 during the regular session and
sponsored by Punong Barangay Charlemin P. Morales and duly seconded by all Barangay
Kagawad present during session.
