AGUSAN DEL NORTE.

“A RESOLUTION TO GIVE FULL SUPPORT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF

BLENDED LEARNING MODALITY OF P.C. REYES ELEMNTARY SCHOOL,
PUROK 1 BARANGAY CANAWAY, KITCHARAO, AGUSAN DEL NORTE.”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Officials of Barangay Canaway looks forward for the benefits
and progress of the parents, teachers and pupils;

WHEREAS, our barangay and school experience the worldwide pandemic which is the
COVID-19, that brought difficulties and a big crisis to all individuals;

WHEREAS, during the said pandemic all schools are not allowed to conduct face to face
classes to avoid spreading of COVID-19 virus;

WHEREAS, one of the big trials to all parents, teachers and pupils is the Modular Distance
Learning Printed of which is the only way to continue schooling during the time of pandemic;

WHEREAS, as per record by the Rural Health Unit of this municipality that our barangay
has no active cases since October 2021 up to this present and the barangay officials gave their
full support to the Blended Learning Modality of our school;

NOWTHEREFORE, RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Barangay Council

assembled in regular session to give full support on the Implementation of Blended Learning
Modality of P.C. Reyes Elementary School, Purok 1 Barangay Canaway, Kitcharao, Agusan
del Norte;

Let copies of this resolution be furnished to the different agencies concern for the
information and guidance.

ADOPTED, this 15th day of February, 2022 upon motion by Kagawad Leoddie N. Galarrita
and duly seconded by Kagawad Jezreel D. Beltran.
