BARANGAY RESOLUTION NO. 08-A , S-2022

“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE APPROVED OF THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT

INVESTMENT holvbjhPROGRAM (BDIP) FOR CY 2023-2025 OF BARANGAY BUSAON, TAGUM CITY
AS EMBODIED UNDER BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (BDC) RESOLUTION NO. 01,
SERIES OF 2022.”

WHEREAS, the said Barangay Development Council (BDC) Resolution No. 01 Series of 2022 with the
Title “ A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT PROGRAM
9BDIP) FOR 2023-2025 OF BARANGAY BUSAON, TAGUM CITY” was submitted to this August Body for
adoption;

WHEREAS, the said PPAs for Barangay Development Investment Program (BDIP) FOR cy 2023-2025
were exhaustibly deliberated for urgent legislative action;

WHEREAS, stated under Barangay Development council (BDC0 Resolution No. 01 Series of 2022 are he
approved Barangay Development Investment Program (BDIP) for CY 2023-2025

NOW THEREFORE, a motion to adopt the Barangay Development Investment Plan for CY 2022-2023
by Kagawad Gregorio Lerio and duly seconded by Kagawad Wilfredo Sotelo, it was;

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved by Sangguniang Barangay of Busaon adopting the approved

Barangay Development Investment Program (BDIP) for CY 2022-2023 of Barangay Busaon, Tagum City as
embodied under Barangay Development Council (BDC) Resolution No.01, series of 2022;

RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for their
information and guidance.

BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 01, S-2022

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT INVESTMENT

PROGRAM (BDIP) FOR CY 2023-2025 OF BARANGAY BUSAON, TAGUM CITY.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Local Government Code of 1991, the Barangay Development
Council is mandated to formulate long term development plans of the barangay;

WHEREAS, the Budget Operations Manual 2016 Edition of the Department of Budget and
Management (DBM) provides that Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) of Local Government Units
must be reflected in the Barangay Development Investment Program in order to be considered in the
preparation of appropriate ordinance;

WHEREAS, stated under Barangay Development Council (BDC) Resolution No. 01 Series of
2022 are the Barangay Development Investment Program (BDIP) for CY 2023-2025 of Barangay
Busaon;

WHEREAS, the said PPAs in the Barangay Development Investment Program (BDIP) for CY
2023-2025 were exhaustibly deliberated and shall be endorsed to the Barangay Council for urgent
legislative action;

NOW THEREFORE, a motion to approve the proposed Barangay Development Investment

Program (BDIP) for Calendar Year 2023-2025 by Kagawad Joel C. Benaning, and duly seconded
unanimously it was;
 RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved by the Barangay Development Council of Barangay Busaon
approving the Barangay Development Investment Program (BDIP) FOR CY 2023-2025 of
Barangay Busaon, Tagum City.

RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Barangay Sanggunian
for adoption and other concerned offices for information
