A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT

WHEREAS, IRR o RA 10632 has mandate the proper utilization of youth and development
programs and projects.

WHEREAS, It was presidential, and reviewed thoroughly.

WHEREAS, after careful deliberation of the Sangguniang Kabataan Members, confirmed the
abovementioned request.

WHEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Hon. Juvar Ignacio jointly seconded by Sangguniang

Kabataan Presented, it was:

RESOLVED, A RESOLUTION OF REALIGNMENT OF SK BUDGETS TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR

PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES (PPAs) RELATED TO CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019
(2019) OF Barangay Kinablangan, Baganga,Davao Oriental.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to all office concerned for
their information and appropriate action.

1. Call to Order – The presiding officer declared the session officially opened at about
9:00 o’clock in the Morning.
2. Prayer – lead by the SK Kagawad Juvar Ignacio, followed by the National Anthem
conducted by SK Kagawad Mikeleo Magnaus.

REALIGNMENT OF SK BUDGET TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR

PROGRAMS, PROJECTS, AND ACTIVITIES (PPA’s) RELATED TO
COVID-19 (PANDEMIC DISEASE)

1.

1. SK Chairman – Good day! Everyone, I called your attention today to have a plan
what to do to address the issue that we are facing right now which is pandemic virus
called covid 19. To have some quick response with this matter. I am glad that you
cooperate. And I hope that we will have a best decision regarding this matter. I have
here a MEMORANDUM coming from the DILG that allow us to realign our PPA’s.

2. SK Kagawad Hanna Millan – Ms. Chair, I agreed and our Barangay is composed of
500 students enrolled in different schools.
3. SK Chairman – The said amount to be allocated will be P215,750, in SK FUND to our
CBYDP and ABYIP projects in this year.

4. SK Kagawad Juvar Ignacio - So, what particular items we are going to buy and give
from our people?

5. SK Kagawad Aldo buo- I suggest that our people need in of hygiene kit which
compose of face mask, sprayer, and alcohol.

6. SK Kagawad Juvar Ignacio- I Agreed, the said opinion of HON. BUO.

7. SK Kagawad Hanna Millan- I am also in favor with HON. IGNACIO AND HON BUO, we
are much need of hygiene for us to know that how to maintain our body needs
especially in cleaning and be safe in holding those things after used.

8. SK Chairman- So, I guess everybody agreed and may this be successful and let us
help by one another. We as the youth leader of this year we will do our best and
make our part as being a leader by dedication and determination. God bless us all
and Goodluck.

abovementioned request.

WHEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Hon. Aldo Buo jointly seconded by Sangguniang

Kabataan Presented, it was:

RESOLVED, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY TREASURER OF BARANGAY

KINABLANGAN TO WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000) for
Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly 2021.
