A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF ROGELIO M. LEGARIA, JR,

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY GUBATAN, MACO, DAVAO
DE ORO

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang

Kabataan Act of 2015 requires the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson, with the
concurrence of the majority of all SK members, appoint from among the Katipunan ng
Kabataan, a secretary and a treasurer;

WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson Jeracel A. Juaton presented to this

august body the appointment of Rogelio M. Legaria, Jr., the Sangguniang Kabataan
Secretary of Gubatan, Maco, Davao de Oro;

WHEREAS, Mr. Rogelio M. Legaria, Jr. possesses all the qualifications for Sangguniang
Kabataan Treasurer provided under Section 10 of RA 10742;

WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Gubatan, Maco, Davao de Oro after a
thorough deliberation approved and concurred the appointment of Mr. Rogelio M.
Legaria, Jr., Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary of Gubatan, Maco, Davao de Oro;
NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Sharamey Malabago and seconded by
Honorable Vincent Joy Antipuesto be it;

RESOLVED, As it is hereby resolved, that the Sangguniang Kabataan approved and

concurred the appointment of Mr. Rogelio M. Legaria, Jr., Sangguniang Kabataan
Secretary of Gubatan, Maco, Davao de Oro;

RESOLVED, That this resolution will be forwarded to the Office of Punong Barangay,
Municipal Local Government Operations Officer- DILG Feld Office Maco and Municipal
Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President for reviews;

I hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing SK Resolution Number 5-A Series of
2022 otherwise known as the “A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT
OF ROGELIO M. LEGARIA, JR, SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF
BARANGAY GUBATAN, MACO, DAVAO DE ORO ” adopted by the Sangguniang
Kabataan Members during their regular monthly session on January 8 , 2022.
