RESOLUTION NO. 002, Series of 2023

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2024 ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM AMOUNTING
FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINE AND THIRTY CENTAVOS (Php.
475,709.30) OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY CAMBUNANG, BULALACAO, ORIENTAL
MINDORO.

“WHEREAS, Article 2, Section 13 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution provides that “the State recognizes the vital
role of the youth in nation-building and shall promote and protect their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and
social; well-being. It shall inculcate the youth, patriotism, and nationalism and encourage their involvement in public
and civic affairs”;

“WHEREAS, Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 10742 also known as Kabataan Reform Act
2015, provides that “In consultation and with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, within three (3)
months from the assumption of the office, formulate a three (3) year rolling plan, which shall be known as the
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan, which shall serve as the basis in preparation of the Annual
Barangay Youth Investment Plan”;

“WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan, with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay
Cambunang drafted and approved a Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan for 2024-2026 last
December 09, 2023;

“WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cambunang has prepared the Annual Barangay Youth
Investment Program in accordance with the approved Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan...

NOW THEREOF, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF

BARANGAY CAMBUNANG to approve its 2024 Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program.
