RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF HON. LIERA M. ACLE AS THE BUDGET

MONITORING OFFICER OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BINALIWAN, MAHINOG,
CAMIGUIN

WHEREAS, COA CIRCULAR No. 2020-003 Section 3.12 of the Handbook on the F i n a n c i a l
T r a n s a c ti o n o f t h e S a n g g u n i a n g K a b a t a a n , p r o v i d e d t h a t t h e Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of all the Sangguniang
Kabataan Member shall designate a Budget Monitoring Offi cer (BMO) who shall be
responsible in the monitoring of budget and preparation of budget reports. The Budget
Monitoring Offi cer (BMO) shall come from the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials except
the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer.
WHEREAS, Hon. Liera M. Acle is an incumbent Sangguniang Kabataan Offi cial having been
duly elected Sangguniang Kabataan Member in the 2018 Synchronized Sangguniang
Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election.
WHEREAS, Hon. Liera M. Acle possess all the qualifications for Sangguniang Kabataan
Budget Monitoring Offi cer (BMO) as provided under COAC I R C U L A R N o . 2 0 2 0 - 0 0 3
S e c ti o n 3 . 1 2 o f t h e H a n d b o o k o n t h e F i n a n c i a l Transaction of the Sangguniang
Kabataan.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to concur the
appointment of Hon. Liera M. Acle as Sangguniang Kabataan Budget Monitoring
Officer (BMO) of Sangguniang Kabataan of Binaliwan, Mahinog, Camiguin the end of term of
the appointing authority unless sooner removed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resoluti on be given to Hon. Liera M. Acle for
her fi le,to furnish the copies of the resolutions to all concerned offices for their information
and guidance:
