A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. TRIXIE JOY P.

SARTO AS SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY
SAMPUT, PANIQUI, TARLAC.

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act No. 10742 otherwise known as the

Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 RA 10742 The Sangguniang
Kabataan Treasurer/Secretary shall be appointed as the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with concurrence of the majority of all
the SK Members.

WHEREAS, MS. TRIXIE JOY P. SARTO Possesses all the qualification

for the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer as provided under the Section 10 of
Republic Act 10742.

ON MOTION of SK Kagawad Mika G. Manalili, unanimously seconded

the body.

NOW THEREFORBE IT RESOLVE, as it is resolved by the Sangguniang

Kabataan to approve all appointment of Ms. Trixie Joy P. Sarto as Treasurer of
the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Samput, Paniqui, Tarlac until the end
of the term of the Appointing Authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHERE that copies hereof be given to Ms. Trixie Joy P.

Sarto for the file, copy furnish the DILG Municipal Local Government
Operations Office and the Local Youth Development Office of Paniqui, Tarlac for
their information and record.
