A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE


BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CBYDP) C.7 2019-2021 AND ANNUAL
BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM (ABYIP) C.Y 2020 IN THE AMOUNT
OF TWO HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN
PESOS AND FIFTY NINE CENTAVOS OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF
BARANGAY MAGSAYSAY, JABONGA AGUSAN DEL NORTE.

WHEREAS, with the just concluded crafting and approva of the 2019-2021 Comprehensive
Barangay Youth Development Plan whereby Local Youth Development Plan is derived at;
WHEREAS, it is mandated from RA. 10742 or known as SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN
Reform Act of 2015 to prepare the COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH
DEVELOPMENT PLAN and to make an ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, as per prioritized plans, programs, project and activities of the mandated centers
from R.A. 10742 or other known as Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 are then presented
with the consultation from katipunan ng kabataan of Barangay Magsaysay, Jabonga Agusan del
Norte.
Now, therefore be it Resolved ; be it resolved in a meeting assembly by the Sangguniang
Kabataan of Barangay Magsayysay, Jabonga Agusan del Norte, A Resolution Adopting and
Approving the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) C.Y 2019-2021 and
Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYP) C.Y 2020 in the amount of Two hundred
Twenty-Seven Thousand Two hundred forty Seven Pesos and Fifty Nine centavos of Sangguniang
Kabataan of Barangay Mgasaysay, Jabonga Agusan del Norte.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to provide copies of this resolution to the office of the Sangguniang
Bayan Office of Jabonga, Agusan del Norte for their information and appropriate action.
