RESOLUTION NO. 31
Series of 2023

“Resolution authorizing the Barangay Treasurer Mr. Renie L. Dipay to withdraw an amount of
Four Thousand pesos (₱ 4,000.00) for the SK Mandatory Training.”

WHEREAS, there will be a registration fee of ₱ 2,000.00 per participant.

WHEREAS, in section 27 of RA 10742, as amended, imposes an additional requirement before

the elected/appointed candidate can assume office, specifically, that they must undergo and
successfully complete a Mandatory Training to be administered by the NYC and the DILG. Any
SK Official, whether elected or appointed, must undergo the mandatory training program before
he or she can assume office.

WHEREAS, based on their qualifications under Section 10 of RA 10742, in concurrence of the

SK Officials, Mr. John Carl G. Dipay and Ms. Reshel Lamigo was appointed as SK Secretary
and SK Treasurer.

WHEREFORE, upon mass motion, and duly seconded by the whole body, Be it;

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Kabataan agree to use SK fund

for the SK Mandatory Training an amount of Four Thousand pesos (₱ 4,000.00) in support for
the said event.”

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish a copy of this resolution to the Barangay Treasurer Mr. Renie
L. Dipay for guidance and information.
