“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TEN PERCENT (10%) OF SANGGUNIANG


KABATAAN DEVELOPMENT FUNDS FOR THE YEAR 2022 OF THE BARANGAY
CANAWAY, KITCHARAO, AGUSAN DEL NORTE IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF
THREE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE
PESOS &30/100 (Php. 346,975.30).”

WHEREAS, Section 20 (a) of the SK Reform Act of 2015 (RA Act No. 10742), ten percent
(10%) of the General Fund of the Barangay shall be set aside for the Sangguniang Kabataan
Plan and Budget;

WHEREAS, the appropriation of the SK Fund in the Barangay Canaway for Lump-sum
which shall expropriated for Youth Development and Empowerment purposes;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay has been included the Ten Percent (10%) of the
General Fund of the Barangay for the Sangguninag Kabataan in the Annual Budget C.Y.
2022;

WHEREAS, the other Programs presented are enumerated above are in accordance to the
guidelines given from the office of the DILG and based on the memorandum forwarded the
National Office;
WHEREAS, after through deliberations the following are the priority to bit;

NOWTHEREFORE, RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to adopt the Ten Percent (10%)


of the General Fund of the Barangay for the Sangguninag Kabataan in Lump-sum to Youth
Development and Empowerment purpose on motion of SK Kagawad Almar John K. Albero
and duly seconded by SK Kagawad Asmar A. Maisog, for CY 2022 in the amount of
“THREE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE
PESOS &30/100 (Php 346,975.30)”.

Let copies of this resolution be furnished to the Municipal Budget Office, Sangguniang
Bayan Office and all other offices for their information and guidance.

ADOPTED, this 20th day of June, 2022 upon motion by SK Kagawad Jou-Hannessmar C.
Reyes and duly seconded by SK Kagawad Irene Y. Anlagan.
